    Overall happy with the MacBook, my only issue is that once I had set it up I was already told the battery needed servicing. Even for just a fair quality product, I’d expect the battery to be tested and replaced when refurbishing?

    My account is not linked with my order for some reason it must be that I did not set up// create an account when I ordered this MacBook Pro Retina 13.3-inch (2016) - Core i7 - 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY - English - Order ID 33376155. However, I have been trying to get into contact with you as I am very unhappy with my purchase. I have only probably used it a max of 10 hours in the past 5 months since purchase and only opened to simple applications such as Microsoft Word & Safari. Nonetheless, it is so very slow and unresponsive, I would not recommend it to anyone else. Furthermore, the amount I paid for it, I would at least expect it to be more responsive and efficient on the most simple of applications; but it isn’t at all!
