    Mon mari est ravi de son cadeau, il n'avait même pas vu que c'était du reconditionné. Maintenant reste à voir la durée de vie du produit mais nous n'avons jamais été déçus par les produits vendus par Back Market;

    I ordered 2 Charge 5's. One functions well but the other doesn't record steps or any other information and won't sync with my phone. I have now left the UK and am home in Cyprus so cannot return the faulty one for a refund.

    Really good condition and quick delivery, only thing is that it came with a strap that has missing parts so I can’t connect and attatch the strap to the Fitbit device so will have to buy a new one separately.

    Device was in perfect nick and worked exactly as intended. (The Fitbit is actually pretty limited and I’m going to switch to an Apple Watch but that’s not the seller’s fault)
