    The MacBook Pro was in excellent condition. The whole experience from searching the Back Market website to receiving the item was perfect. Knowing that buying refurbished is better for the planet is good. I don’t think I’ll ever buy new again.

    I've been interested in acquiring a Mac for heavy duty, but new ones are not an option for me. Buying a used machine was always an option for me. It's not the first time I have bought a refurbished device, and so far I am really happy with this deal. The product looks brand new, with very few visible indicators of not being new. It took a few days to get the machine, but it arrived before the estimated date, and I am very happy with it. The battery seems to perform well so far.

    Love my laptop! Had it for about a week now and it’s great. Ordered one in ‘good’ condition and it looks brand new. Highly recommend buying one if you’re looking for a new affordable laptop and to be environmentally conscious!

    Also, erstmal hat das Macbook einen guten Eindruck gemacht - in der Verpackung. Erster Mangel: Displayglas wohl ausgetauscht: Sehr schlecht geklebt mit Luftblasen am Rand, um die Kamera und im Bild selbst. Dachte erstmal, dass es Fettflecken sind, aber nope... Pixel waren zum Teil leicht verschwommen, minimal. Taste "L" machte keinen Klick, funktioniert aber - Kleiner Mangel, große Wirkung (erst recht bei dem kurzen Travel) Einige Kratzer und eine Delle am Lautsprecher, was irgendwie noch vertragbar ist. Nach dem Auspacken fiel auf, dass im inneren etwas nicht fest war und es hat beim leichten hin und her bewegen, innen rechts und links unter dem Trackpad geklappert... Es war komplett entladen, (bei nur 4 Tagen Lieferung) Netzstecker rein und dann wurde es spannend Lüfter gingen sofort an und eskalierten komplett verschwanden aber danach genauso komplett und es wurde sehr heiß um die Mitte. Nach Software update ging es halbwegs mit der Temparatur... Leider geht das mit der Tastatur und dem Bildschirm überhaupt nicht. Schlampige Arbeit. Lautsprecher übersteuerten leicht schon bei mittlerer Lautstärke. Die Lüfterschlitze waren verstaubt, also hat das Ding niemand sauber gemacht...
