I have to say I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The device is actually in excellent rather than just very good condition, with a barely visible dink on the top of the cover. The screen is epic, the build superb and battery in great condition after running diags. Delivery was as promised. I will definitely buy another refurbished Apple device from Back Market. Thank you. I'm really happy with the MacBook Pro so far and it even came with an upgrade to 32gb RAM. It all seems to work well and I'm pleased with it. I chose Good condition and there's just very minimal cosmetic wear and tear. It arrived promptly and the only dodgy part was that Royal Mail left it outside without asking for a signature, plus I feel it wasn't packaged that brilliantly, but no apparent harm done. A great purchase and seller, and I'm looking forward to working with this refurbished and much needed upgrade to my old laptop, running programmes like FCPX. Would recommend.

Recently purchased a MacBook Pro Retina 16-inch (2019) that was described as being in "good" condition. It arrived within 3 days of ordering it. It is absolutely pristine and I genuinely cannot find a mark on it. A superb bit of kit that will serve my needs for many years to come.

Después de una semana de uso, solo puedo estar mas que contento con la compra. el estado del MacBook Pro es prácticamente nuevo, sin mas que 2 minúsculos arañazos en la tapa imperceptibles al tacto y una pequeñísima mancha de haber quitado pegatina con algún producto, pero no molesta en absoluto. la pantalla y el teclado están en perfecto estado, sin marcas ni arañazos y la batería está en estado óptimo, con solo 122 ciclos de carga. el MacBook Pro fue enviado en envoltorio de seguridad para portátiles y a su vez envuelto en papel burbuja dentro de la caja de envío. importante destacar que el cargador enviado es original APPLE de 96W y precintado a estrenar por mi. Muy satisfecho y contento, sin duda repetiré en próximas compras.

So far, so good. I have enjoyed every bit of the MacBook. Easy access, fast, wide screen. However, whenever I plug in the charger to charge the laptop, the charger gives off a funny sound at the point of contact with the power outlet. Then after some minutes, it stops. What could be the problem? I will like to know.

Macbook arrived in good time and works perfectly. It was in 'Fair' condition but it has some pretty hefty dents on it. It's okay I've bought a hard case for it but I was a little surprised at the dents. Some scratches on the back which are fine and the screen is in perfect condition. Overall happy with my order but I would possibly get good to excellent if I was to order again. Thank you
