    Arrivé très rapidement en superbe état, les plaques sont super glossy donc ca n'accroche pas les cheveux et il chauffe vraiment en 15sec c'est une dinguerie mes cheveux sont super brillants et en bonne santé alors que je me les lisses tous les jours prat

    Purchased this as refurbished in excellent condition. Item arrived faulty, keeps showing too hot error and other errors as well. Item described as refurbished in excellent condition and on close inspection item is used in good condition as there are clear wear and tear signs on the plates. Was going to choose to have a replacement sent out but after seeing the item doesnt look like its been refurbished and just wiped/cleaned a bit will just opt for a refund.

    Contente de l'achat. En revanche, le lisseur n'était pas propre du tout. J'ai nettoyé délicatement avec un Cotton tige autour des plaques etc., ce qui a pu enlever les impuretés. Même l'embout dans lequel on place le lisseur était vmt dégueulasse. Un petit coup de brosse à dent et du savon et il était comme neuf. J'ai failli le renvoyer.
