    The device is in excellent condition so can’t fault that which is the most important thing. The only feedback that was an area of improvement was that it would have been nice to have a reconditioned official iPad box. But really happy with the purchase and will definitely consider buying from back market again

    Really happy, I ordered a set of air-pod’s and an apple Watch and they both turned up in official Apple packaging sealed with all the accessories. There’s no way you could tell the products are refurbished and would pass as brand new if you didn’t tell anyone! I would 10000% purchase from backmarket again!

    An excellent service. The refurbisher sent quickly, provided a C-type cable not part of the purchase price. The Nokia 6 is perfect, unmarked and the battery holds a charge as well as the one it replaced when that one was new. Thank you

    Refurbished phone is in great condition. 100% battery life. Scratches on screen are minimal but got a great discount. And I received the phone within 48 hours of ordering the phone which came with a charger cable as well. Really happy with the phone and I would use them again.

    Overall the device was in great condition even for it being described as "good". There were a couple of really minor scratches that you would really need to inspect closely to even notice they exist, so it was great for the price that I got it at. What I didn't like though, was that the internal screen protector was removed at some point during the refurbishing or perhaps the previous owner did it. It's what you get for the price I guess, but what I would have liked is a small note warning me about it, then I can decide whether I care or not to get a protector.

    Great service overall, got it delivered in such a quick manner - thank you ! One observation is however, whilst it has been acknowledged that the battery warning sign will pop up due to a refurbished battery put in place, the battery status is not accurately shown as it will power off when the battery is drained, but it would still show as 100% (or a % that wouldn't worry me about low battery). Is this something that needs to be returned / fixed ?

    Overall happy with the phone, had it about a week now with no issues. However, I am slightly disappointed with the condition, I brought a ‘good’ phone which I expected to have minimal marks but there are obvious visible marks on the sides. It has a case on which hides them but I was expecting it in better condition. Am happy I brought refurbished and would recommend to a friend.

    The iphone was exacltly as advertised. I've bought phones before from another suplier with similar success. I would recommend buying refurbished tech. I have read that often brand new items with a minor fault often end up being fixed by repairers and sold at a discount. It's good for the buyer, good for the planet (arguably) so it's a win - win I think.

    This is the first refurbished mobile phone I have bought and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I chose Excellent Condition which still saved me loads of money compared to a new one. 6 months on I still cant see even the tiniest of flaws, it was as good as new out of the box. Definitely would check Backmarket out again for tech gear.
