    Il servizio è buono e ben organizzato... peccato che il calcolatore era molto diverso da quello atteso dato che la versione software era molto vecchia (1.0.0 invece che la 2.1.7)

    Colis livré bien protégé seul problème dans la boîte il y a une vis au format non adapté qui se fixe sous l'appareil pour trépied de plus il manque le cordon d'alimentation il y avait que le chargeur 220 V et pour finir il manque la carte mémoire mais sinon l'appareil fonctionne très bien je suis content

    Merci pour la housse . L’appareil semblait fonctionner correctement . J’ai du télécharger la notice pour apprivoiser l’appareil. Après utilisation l’autofocus ne fonctionnait pas J’ai nettoyé les contacts et tout est redevenu normal Il faudra plusieurs semaines pour maîtriser l’ensemble des fonctions On verras plus tard Bonne

    Terrible Experience. I Bought a Mac Mini on backmarket. When it arrived the Mac Mini was locked with a password. The language was also in french. Because of the password the computer was useless. When I contacted the seller to ask for the password he told me "There is no password, just press enter". I sent him a picture of the screen showing there definitely was a password. The seller and backmarket ignored me for a week only to tell me again that "there is no password, just press enter". He did not acknowledge the picture (proving there was a password) at all. All I could do was sent the mac back after 2 weeks of waiting. Backmarket tells you they they sell refurbished products, but they don't even turn on their products to check if they can be used. So they probably don't do al the other stuff that comes with a refurbished product. Complete waste of time and resources. The customer service of Backmarket is also terrible. You can only contact them per email. They take forever to respond and when they do, they ignore your questions and just tell you they will contact the seller. I'm not even sure if the person you chat with is a real person and not some A.I. In conclusion: Do ...
