    I was looking for a replacement MacBook Air for a family member and was thrilled when I saw the price on BackMarket for the exact model I was after. Placed the order, was kept updated throughout the process and when it arrived (much earlier than expected which was a HUGE bonus) I was THRILLED. The condition of the MacBook Air was listed as “Good” but it was closer to “Excellent”, and to my surprise, it came with a brand new silicone cover, new Bluetooth mouse and headphones! My family member is SO happy with the replacement MacBook and I’m SO HAPPY with my first experience of BackMarket. Will 100% be ordering from them again soon… refurbished is the future!

    De batterij was binnen 6 maanden niet meer goed en heb de IPad terug gestuurd ter reparatie. Dat ging vlot en zonder kosten. Was snel gerepareerd en weer terug ontvangen. Perfect!! Met oplaadsnoer en oortjes gratis erbij. Wát een service. Ik waardeer BackMarket

    Vraiment comme neuf, sauf l'emballage qui n'est pas celui d'Apple, gaffe si KDO. Reçu assez vite, je viens de la configurer et je suis pour le moment satisfait, le transfert depuis mon ancien Ipad a été nickel et rapide.

    Arrive en parfait état avec coque, écran de protection stylet tactile, chargeur et écouteurs sans fils offerts avec, je suis très satisfaite de l’iPad il fonctionne très bien et la synchronisation s’est faite très rapidement

    This is my first MacBook and I am amazed at the quality of the product as I bought the good version of it. The MacBook is old but I can’t complain as it works well even though it is a 2017 model. I was expecting excellent battery life but due to the intel chip, I can not expect much. Safe to say I am impressed by back market’s service. This is my second product from this company.
