Great Premium product. Super happy with this purchase at half the price. Only caveat is that in my case there was no manual which is a bit inconvenient when you need to know what speed for which product and what ought be peeled or not, along with how the programs should be used. When I asked about it, the vendor was a bit dismissive as they said " You should be able to download the manual from the Sage website, kind regards".. Which I eventually found but not ideal.
