Inicialmente tenia ciertas reticencias a la hora de elegir un smartphone reacondicionado, pero después de tener esta primera experiencia, la verdad sea dicha, vale mucho la pena porque el teléfono está en perfectas condiciones y dos semanas más tarde funciona a la perfección, esperemos que así siga!

Ordered an excellent condition Samsung A14 for my daughter. It looks like a brand new phone. Was so impressed that I ordered another for myself. Both phones arrived earlier than estimated. Will never buy a new phone again,as these "refurbished" really are as good as new,abd savwd a fortune!!

Needed a new phone as my previous one didn't have enough storage. Chose a refurbished phone as you get value for money and was not disappointed. Although I was sent a different colour to what I ordered I was very impressed in fact it looks like a new phone there's not a mark on it and it works perfectly and as I have bought a phone case for it the colour doesn't matter.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'achète un téléphone reconditionné, jamais déçu. Il a été livré dans les temps. Il est en très bon état. Je l'ai offert à mon fils et il pensait qu'il s'agissait d'un neuf. Je recommande Back Market.

Phone was delivered 2 days after ordering & well before the estimated dates, which was brilliant. Wouldn't think it was a refurbished phone, it was immaculate,no scratches,marks etc. Even the box looked brand new. I'll never buy new again, even recommended Back Market to a friend 👍

I couldn't believe how cheap this phone was £120 for a literally a reconditioned brand new phone. I read up about the phone and it states that it's sluggish and takes age's to charge. I disagree with that I would recommend this to anyone who wants a decent phone for a fraction of the price. I will shop again on back market I received next day delivery even though its from France.

Bonjour, j'ai commandé un smaskng galaxy A14, la livraison s'est très bien passé, le téléphone est très bien, ne pas prendre pour les gens qui veulent un téléphone petit (il est assez grand )sinon super téléphone, la qualité photo est pas mal voir très bien, la qualité vidéo elle est moins bien, pas de stabilisateur ce qui donne des vidéos tremblante et la qualité en elle même n'est pas folle,le galaxy A14 est un très bon téléphone pour la vie de tout les jours, mais ce n'est pas le top pour les personne voulant faire de belles vidéos et photos
