Telefono perfettamente funzionante come da descrizione!

Livraison à la date prévu . Colis bien emballé. Le portable correspond à la description. J’ai recommandé le site autour de moi car la démarche me plaît de pourvoir acheter reconditionné et de recevoir un produit de bonne qualité .

Première fois que je commande un téléphone reconditionné, je suis ravie. Le téléphone correspond parfaitement à ma commande, il est facile d'utilisation, il est en très bon état (juste une petite rayure sur le bandeau bas de l'écran).

I purchased a replacement Galaxy S9, after having mine for the best part of 5 years it started having issues unlocking and the screen was starting to develop green lines, as I dont need an all singing and dancing phone as I don't use the features anyway other than whatsapp and Googlemaps I thought I would just get another S9 so I could keep my case and stuff, I opted for the slightly more expensive option and selected the "Excellent" condition version, it truely was excellent, not a scratch in sight, battery life is good as well still, would buy from here again and to be honest probably would not go back to O2 after this experience as the contracts cost a fortune and I don't need a new phone that I am paying for a bunch of new stuff I wouldnt use anyway.

Das Galaxy s9 wurde mir mit einer SIM Sperre zugesendet, sodass ich das Handy nicht nutzen kann. Über Google habe ich den Händler gefunden und die dort hinterlegte Handynummer angerufen. Der Händler nahm den Anruf sofort entgegen, obwohl es Samstag Abend war!! und nahm sich dem Problem sofort an. Ich bekomme nun ein gleichwertiges Ersatzgerät zugeschickt. So wütend ich beim Wählen der Nummer war, so zufrieden beendete ich das Telefonat. Kar-Media ist ein wirklich tolles Unternehmenen, das Kundenbetreuung groß schreibt!, selbst an einem Samstagabend. Excellent article franchement j’avais un doute pcq j’ai jamais acheté du reconditionné mais ça va vraiment c’est très propre très bien emballé chui contente de mon achat !
