Seriously poor from start to finish. Purchased item, what arrived was a completely different. Returns process was convoluted and took too long, should have been replacing the item asap. Once seller had the item back I heard nothing for 2 days then it was ‘refunded’ instead because the item they had apparently was different to what I bought. This is actually not true, it’s available on the store front from the exact same seller but for £100 more than when I bought it. Appalling service at best No contact details in back market other than a message function which takes way too long. Felt sorry for the agent dealing with it but an all round excessively frustrating process with nothing to show for it
