    Il computer ordinato è arrivato lunedi mattina 5.2.24. Ho pagato extra per la consegna urgente perchè il computer mi serve per lavorare! Non è possibile configurare il computer. Ho scritto immediatamente all'assistenza, mi e stato risposto ma fino ad oggi non ho ancora una soluzione. Se si può risolvere con qualche istruzione come configurarlo ok ma se dovessi rispedirlo in tal caso i tempi si prolungano enormemente e ogni giorno che non posso lavorare è per me che sono partita iva un ingente danno! Vi prego di assistermi il più presto possibile di nuovo per aiutarmi di risolvere questa situazione. Vi ringrazio per una tempestiva risoluzione. Grazie Mille

    i got the condition excellent, although i wasn’t happy with the 2-3 scratches but didn’t mind so much knowing it’s refurnished other than that it works as brand new and the battery is normal it’s good. Overall i really love it thank you !

    No complaints about delivery or quality of product but it took a pc expert to get connected to wifi. This included phone conversations with other experts and was something I could certainly not have managed by myself. The settings were for somewhere in California, not even the UK, so it was a time-consuming and complicated business. Now I just have to learn to use the laptop to its best capacity, and mine. Not easy for a 77 year old. Not all your customers, are whiz kids.

    The laptop is great so far and despite being 'fair' is almost perfect. BUT I had a choice of English or English US (no choice of English GB) so I ordered an English one. It still came with a $ key rather than a £ key. Also I had a code for $20 off but it didn't work. I tried to raise both points by email but it was impossible to find an email address that didn't bounce back. For that I've knocked off a star.
