Il computer fortunatamente è funzionante, ma mi hanno rifilato un caricatore compatibile e non originale, non specificando questa cosa nella descrizione del prodotto, che dopo un mese ha già smesso di caricare. Mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero accreditato 30 euro nel portafoglio back market per comprarne uno nuovo ma è praticamente impossibile accedere a questo fantomatico portafoglio e il centro assistenza non risponde più ai miei messaggi. Esperienza molto deludente.

I ordered the MacBook Pro 13inch 2020 model M1 chip in fair condition. A few scratches on the bottom but the screen is as good as new & the machine works like new. The battery health percentage was 85%. Overall, I had no worries trusting backmarket it’s my number 1 refurbished seller! I requested a 512MB SSD and they upgraded my storage to 1TB so I’m very pleased with that. Definitely recommend.

I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”. I ordered a ‘fair version’ MacBook Pro’ bracing myself for the worst. To my surprising it was in a fantastic condition. There was a slight blemish on the side but hardly noticeable. It arrived with a charger and cable that were not Apple Original products… I guess that’s why it’s a fair condition. Buying a similar model on eBay would have been an additional £300 at least. Super happy with the product.

It is absolutely beautiful. The body design was so neat and clean for a fair condition. I love it. The item arrived very fast and the SSD was upgrade to 1TB despite I order for 512GB. I would recommend this site to anyone who is interested in getting an apple product or any gadget. Thank you for the MacBook Pro 😊. However, the laptop didn't come with an Apple charger which was surprising.

Absolutely thrilled! I purchased a MacBook Pro 2020 16gb RAM model in fair condition and it was a good deal even with the extra coverage I opted for. When I opened my new MacBook I realised it was in way better condition than fair which I wasn't expecting as Backmarket states that items in fair condition usually have signs of wear on them that don't affect functionality. The laptop is like brand new, no scratches or dents. Very happy for now. Now to keep using it and see how it holds up.
