    Après avoir longuement hésité et épluché les avis pendant des heures, j'ai quand même franchis le pas du reconditionné. Pour ma part, j'ai reçu un S20 ultra en parfait état, zéro griffes. J'avais peur en voyant les avis des gens de recevoir un samsung du marché asiatique mais le mien est bien un européen donc aucun problème. Acheté un dimanche soir reçu un mardi matin. Depuis que je l'ai, pas de problème de batterie non plus. Ravie de mon achat !!

    Première fois que je commande un reconditionné, et absolument pas déçue, excellent état, bonne tenue de batterie, la seule chose qui m'a inquiété c'est les mise à jour à répétition au début je pensais qu'il de fonctionnait pas, mais une fois toute les mise à jour fini il fonctionne très bien, je recommande sans hésiter et j'achèterais à présent tous mes téléphones ici

    My refurbished phone arrived the next day after I placed my order. The phone is in excellent condition and I transferred all the info/apps/contacts etc using the Smart Switch app in about 15-20 mins. I am extremely happy with the quality of the phone and the service I received.

    téléphone en super état prise en main facile néanmoins j'ai remarqué que lorsque la lampe torche est allumé il y a un point lumineux qui se voit derrière l'écran et également l'horloge d'itinairence de l'écran de verrouillage me donne l'heure coréenne... le téléphone a-t-il été correctement réinitialisé ? il est impossible pour moi de retirer cette localisation coréenne et internet me fournit parfois des sites coréens également a part ceci je suis content du produit même si pour le prix qui même en reconditionné est cher j'aurais apprécié un meilleur chargeur voir un nouveau chargeur d'origine.

    In a bid to gift my wife a birthday surprise, I ordered Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G 128GB for her, which she turned out not to like because it didn't meet her expectations. However, the phone was neat and nice except that the battery wasn't so great. I also expected the camera to be superb, being 108mp, but surprisingly, it didn't meet my expectations. As a result of this, I had to return the phone, and I must say the whole process was seamless and remarkable. My customer service experience was quite outstanding.

    Ordered Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G listed as excellent condition. Truly, there is not a mark on it. It arrived a day earlier than originally estimated and Backmarket kept me informed the whole way through the process. I've never bought a used phone before, and was a bit worried but I'd like to reassure anyone else that product quality and customer service are second to none.
