    Es hieß Zustand "hervorragend". Jetzt nur noch "sehr gut". Das Kameraglas hatte leichte Gebrauchsspuren. Sonst Tip top, würde es weiterempfehlen.

    Expérience chez Back Market, plutôt sur 2 mesures. Voici mon histoire avec un téléphone Google Pixel 5a acheté en janvier 2023. La commande et la réception étaient impeccables, le téléphone semblait comme neuf (achat environ 340 euros). En septembre 2023, l'écran est soudainement devenu noir, et il était impossible de redémarrer le téléphone. J'ai ouvert un SAV qui s'est très bien passé : ils m'ont remplacé le téléphone par un autre sans aucun problème (apparemment un problème de batterie, peut-être un souci lors du reconditionnement). En mars 2024, le même problème est survenu, une extinction soudaine de l'écran, impossible de rallumer le téléphone... encore. J'ai contacté le SAV, mais cette fois-ci ce n'était pas pareil : la garantie de 12 mois était passée, et même si l'on vous donne un nouveau mobile lors du premier SAV, la garantie n'est pas étendue. Impossible d'obtenir un geste commercial pour une nouvelle garantie. La seule chose qui m'est proposée est d'avoir un code de réduction de 5% au lieu de 3% sur un achat de téléphone sur le site... Il est évident que je n'achèterai plus jamais de mobile sur ce site après cette expérience, donc l'offre est absolument hors sujet. Dom...
