    The phone was in good condition as described, with only a few minor signs of use. Doesn't even make a difference to me anyway as the first thing I bought was a protective folding case which covers the back of the phone, and the screen is immaculate. Battery life is as I would expect from any high powered smartphone, and probably better than I would expect from a used one. As a bonus, the "warp charge" feature on this model lets me go from 20% to full in about half an hour, so I'm sure battery life wont be much of an issue even when it starts to deteriorate in the future. That said, I would have liked a warp charger to be included in the deal as it's a feature specific to this phone, and my old charger didn't have the output for it. I do understand the sustainability aspect of not sending unnecessary chargers with every phone though, and can't complain at the price. All in all, I've had the phone about a month now and can't find fault with it at all, so a very happy customer!

    Toista kertaa tuli Back Marketista tilailtua käytettyä, kunnostettua puhelinta sopivaan hintaan eikä se ole kaduttanut! Tuote tuli nopeasti ja loistavassa kunnossa. Ulkonäöstä ei löydy naarmuja tai kolhuja. Alkuperäiset OnePlus pikalatauskaapelit ja 65W pistokeadapterit eivät kuuluneet pakkaukseen, mutta ne löytyvät jo ennestään omasta takaa. Pakkauksen mukana tuli kuitenkin geneerinen laturikaapeli pistokeadapterineen puhelimen lataamiseksi.

    Livraison rapide et excellente, très bon achat je suis content du oneplus pour le moment toujours bon téléphone mais pendant un long chargement d' un jeu il chauffe et des petits bugs de temps en temps mais rien de grave

    Bonjour. Le téléphone fonctionne bien malgré un probléme au démarrage avec le lanceur Oneplus qui planté. J'ai du formater en mode usine le téléphone et désormais plus de problème. Le téléphone chauffe par moment. Sinon il est comme convenu en très bonne état. Merci

    Petite frayeur au démarrage du téléphone car il a mis longtemps (plusieurs heures) avant de dépasser 1% de charge. Mais une fois la batterie chargée, plus aucun problème. La supercharge OnePlus fonctionne, l'autonomie est bonne, l'écran fonctionne bien. A 1 mois d'utilisation, rien à dire !

    The only complain I can have is that there not original usb cable nor charger. Fortunately I had my old ones at home, but since one of the main chararacteristic of the phone is the quick charge, the lack of cable/charger is a drawback.

    RAS pour la livraison et le suivi de BM, c'est ce qu'on attend d'un prestataire efficient. merci Quant au OnePlus9pro il correspond aux informations fournis sur le site. Il est vrai que l'autonomie n'est pas exceptionnelle mais avec mon usage soit 1heure30 de voiture par jour, je n'ai aucun soucis d'autonomie.

    Merci, produit conforme à la description. Livraison rapide et soignée. Cependant le prélèvement PayPal 413,54€ ne correspond pas à la commande frais de port inclus 407,54€. Je n'ai Pas d'explications à cela.

    C'est mon cadeau de Noël, en principe j'ai pas le droit de le toucher mais... Chut !!!, ne le dites pas, jai ouvert le paquet, j'ai trouvé ce magnifique téléphone, je l'ai allumé juste pour voir s'il fonctionne correct, et grâce à une appli, j'ai transféré tous mes fichiers en moins d'1 heure, quelle rapidité, quelle fluidité, quelle facilité d'utilisation. Un vrai bijou... Bon, vite je le remets dans son paquet, ni vu ni connu.... Note de 20/20 pour BackMarket. Le tel est comme 9 👍👌🏻
