    I ordered the MacBook Pro 13inch 2020 model M1 chip in fair condition. A few scratches on the bottom but the screen is as good as new & the machine works like new. The battery health percentage was 85%. Overall, I had no worries trusting backmarket it’s my number 1 refurbished seller! I requested a 512MB SSD and they upgraded my storage to 1TB so I’m very pleased with that. Definitely recommend.

    This is the second purchase I have made through back market. I am grateful that I found them!! A very professional company and very smooth ordering and receiving process. My MacBook was in way way better condition than I thought it would be, definitely could have passed for “excellent”. It works very well and the most important thing is that it was a lot cheaper than buying a brand new one. I like the ease of just picking the condition and product you want and don’t have to go through every single company that does refurbished products, back market kinda do that bit for you. I usually look at reviews myself before I buy things so hopefully this helps someone. Not a thing I would fault so far :)

    If you are having second thoughts about buying from Backmarket, this is your sign. I broke the screen on my 2020 MacBook Air and was quoted 600 pounds to replace it. this was from two different retailers one being Apple. for the same price I was able to buy the MacBook pro from the same year and am yet to have an issue. Can not fault the service.

    Excellent service yet again. Earlier this year I bought an iPhone from Back Market and was so pleased with the condition and price. I didn't hesitate to replace my desktop with a MacBook Pro at an excellent price. Delivery as usual was excellent and the Mac is everything I could wish for. I purchased the "Good" option and to be honest it looks as good as any new one I have seen. Well done Back Market I will continue to get my tech from you.

    I was a little Sceptical of buying from BackMarket at first but honestly, it has been one of the most seamless, easy purchases I’ve made in a long while. I’m very happy with my MacBook Pro, it was in mint condition and only had two charge cycles (went for excellent condition). I will definitely use BackMarket again, and many thanks to my seller, great product and speedy delivery.

    The MacBook Air is a lovely machine. There is a blemish/chip on two of the corners, but I am nit-picking and to be honest, it was purchased as a ‘Fair’ condition unit. This was a Christmas present for my wife as her 2015 MacBook Pro is heavy and now outdated. This replacement is ideal. Thank you

    I ordered an M1 Macbook Air with 16gb RAM. This is a super fast machine for every day use. Backmarket described the condition as 'good', but it was actually almost flawless with no noticeable marks, scratches or faults. Delivery took just a few days and I'm very glad I decided to buy my laptop here.

    Absolutely fantastic! My new Macbook Pro arrived 2 days after ordering which was right on time. It came all wrapped and sealed in the apple box and is honestly indistinguishable from a new machine.....not a scratch on it (I chose excellent condition). Performance is also like a new machine, the battery life is superb and it lasts days. Would not hesitate to recommend buying from back market, very happy with my purchase so far. 😀

    Absolutely thrilled! I purchased a MacBook Pro 2020 16gb RAM model in fair condition and it was a good deal even with the extra coverage I opted for. When I opened my new MacBook I realised it was in way better condition than fair which I wasn't expecting as Backmarket states that items in fair condition usually have signs of wear on them that don't affect functionality. The laptop is like brand new, no scratches or dents. Very happy for now. Now to keep using it and see how it holds up.
