    Se devo essere sincero non sono affatto contento dell'acquisto fatto. A parte numerosi difetti estetici graffi importanti sulla carcassa, che sinceramente potrei non considerare importante, quello che mi lascia deluso è la qualità del touch lenta e non precisa. se possibile vorrei sostituirlo con altro modello piu performante anche di serie inferiore oppure renderlo. Aspetto vostra proposta

    Das bestellte Smartphone war, wie inseriert, in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ich habe aber beim Ausprobieren gemerkt, dass ich lieber ein anderes Modell möchte. Die Rückgabe verlief anstandslos, ich habe mein Geld in voller Höhe zurückbekommen und ein anderes Modell bestellt, mit dem ich nun absolut zufrieden bin und das sogar noch günstiger war als das erste. Toll! :) Ein großes Lob geht an den Kundenservice! Meine Fragen zur Rücksendung wurden geduldig, persönlich und entgegenkommend bearbeitet. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat: ich habe die ganze Zeit über mit der gleichen Person zu tun gehabt. Daran sollten sich andere Firmen ein Beispiel nehmen. Backmarket ist super! Ich werde bestimmt zurückkommen und habe Euch schon im Freundeskreis weiterempfohlen. Top, danke! :)

    Au top, comme d’habitude ! Aucune mauvaise surprise. Et quel soulagement de passer par un service compétent, sans mauvaise surprise et avec le bénéfice de se dire que mon ancien appareil servira à quelqu’un d’autre au lieu de prendre la poussière dans un tiroir !

    Hallo habe nur abund zu mal das problem das das display nicht reagiert,dann muss ich es an und wieder aus machen oder was ganz selten passiert komplett ausschalten und wieder anschalten Aber sonst bin ich damit top zufrieden Gute arbeit leistet ihr da Lg Emilio Lehmann:)
