    I’ve never bought a refurbished phone and have always been skeptical about it but this purchase changed my mind. The phone came in excellent condition with 100% battery capacity which was something I was scared about initially. It did not come in the authentic box or with an authentic charger but I have no complaints as the phone arrived as described with not a single fault or scratch to be identified. I am very happy with my purchase!

    Muy bien, súper rápido en la calidad elegí el estado -excelente- y totalmente como nuevo, la caja unas cuantas marcas de uso, pero el teléfono totalmente nuevo, bien embalado. Esperemos todo vaya muy bien, hasta ahora estoy encantada.

    Le téléphone correspond en tout points à ce que j’attendais, envoie comme convenu, excellent état comme indiqué, rien à dire sur le téléphone. Si je devais apporter une touche négative ce serait celle ci : pourquoi spécifier "bleu" ? Alors que le téléphone est blanc, telle est la question. Encore merci

    Téléphone d’apparence neuf (pas une micro rayure à l’avant comme à l’arrière du téléphone) État de la batterie : 100% Rien à redire j’ai jamais été déçu de back market Juste dommage que le téléphone sois fournies avec des accessoires très bas de gamme (chargeur en l’occurrence)

    The phone was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition as if I had brought it brand new. I love the phone and saved around £130 off the brand new price, and a further £226 with my trade in so will have paid around £550 for what is a £900 phone. I have been very sceptical about ‘trade in schemes’ having had a less than pleasant experience with EE, however BackMarket was very easy and paid reasonable value and I have now sold / traded in multiple items and got a good price in return for the respective items. Very happy with the experience and purchase and will definitely use them in the future for any tech needs I may have.

    Je ne savais pas vraiment quoi penser de Back market, j’ai quand même tenté le coup ! Je ne suis pas déçu !! Je suis même très ravi 😊 Téléphone incroyable, sans aucun défaut et une batterie à 100%. Je recommande ++++ Seul petit bémol, se n’ai plus les mêmes chargeurs, et le téléphone arrive juste avec le câble mais sans la prise à brancher au mur.
