    I have ordered a good condition of macbook pro i7... The shipping was fast and when it arrived I was shocked it looked brand new very clean felt like I have ordered a new laptop. I have been using it for 4 weeks now no issue. The battery cycle count was 350. I know this model gets hot and drain the battery but no regrets here.

    Ya llevo poco más de un mes probando la MacBook y hasta ahora no le encuentro graves problemas. Solo veo un fallo en la pantalla cuando enciende o se apaga, pero por el momento no creo que este perjudicando en el sistema. La batería no dura mucho, pero esta bien es lo de esperarse. En rasgos generales estoy contenta con su aspecto y funcionamiento.

    Après 2 mois et demie d'utilisation c'est vraiment la désillusion... Au débout, tout fonctionnait correctement a part que j'avais remarqué que la batterie ne se chargeait pas à plus de 30% mais elle tenait facilement 3h, puis d'un coup l'ordinateur s'éteignait. Vu que c'était un ordinateur d'occasion et qu'il fonctionnait correctement en étant branché, je ne me suis pas inquiétée. Sauf qu'aujourd'hui, donc, 2 mois et demie après, il ne s'allume plus du tout. il a commencé ne plus fonctionner sur batterie, il devait constamment rester branché, puis il mettait 5 min à s'allumer en étant branché, puis 10 min, 15 min etc... Là ça fait plus d'une heure qu'il est branché et ne s'allume toujours pas car il doit "charger". Je ne sais pas si c'est un problème de batterie , je vais me rendre dans un point de vente Apple pour la faire changer. Mais je me demandais si vous analysiez vraiment l'état des macbook que vous recevez avant de les revendre car visiblement la batterie est dead ou du moins il y a un gros soucis matériel, vous l'avez reconditionné et remis à la vente alors que le problème est toujours là, il n'a fonctionné que 2 mois et demie... Il y avait un commentaire d'un anglais pou ...

    Service und Abwicklung von Back Market war durchgehend perfekt! :) Vor allem auch die Rücksendung und Rückerstattung(!), da der Artikel (Macbook Pro) leider nicht der Beschreibung entsprach und u.a. der Akku defekt war, was aber dem Verkäufer anzulasten ist. Der Versand ging über UPS, was die Zustellung deutlich verzögerte und verkomplizierte! :( Habe nun bei Back Market über einen anderen Verkäufer ein anderes Mac Book Pro bestellt und hoffe, dass es nun passt. Versand nun zum Glück mit DHL :)

    Mein MacBook wurde angeblich zugestellt - jedoch in Nantes, Frankreich! Ich wohne in Braunschweig, Deutschland. Laut DHL Express wurde die Sendung wieder zum Empfänger geschickt und es hat ein Michael Alberto die Sendung entgegen genommen und unterschrieben, ich kenne niemanden der so heißt. Ich habe dem Kundensupport das gesagt und als Antwort bekam ivh “laut sendungsverfolgung wurde das MacBook zugestellt. Fragen sie Nachbarn ob sie es angenommen haben oder fragen sie in ihrem Post Shop in der Nähe nach. Wenn ich den Verdacht habe dass es geklaut wurde, soll ich meinen Ausweis, eine Kopie der Anzeige bei der Polizei und ein wohnadressen Nachweis von mir senden. Erst dann kann der Fall überprüft werden”. - nur blöd dass ich keine Anzeige aufgeben kann, da mir ja nichts geklaut werden kann was nie in Deutschland ankam. Kundensupport ist der größte Witz, Telefonnummer und email im Impressum funktionieren nicht. Der Händler hat gar nicht erst ein gültiges Impressum. Abzocke und verarsche!
