Excellent téléphone, le reconditionné était aussi cher que le neuf cela dit, je ne vois pas de différence et je fais un geste pour la planète donc ce n'est pas un problème.

Easy to order the customer service was amazing as I had an issue with my delivery to my own fault but they called me to ask if everything was okay received the phone on the 5th of January and I'm not disappointed one bit got sent a brand new nothing phone 1 will definitely be returning in the future thank you again 😀

I thought the phone was going to be in a used condition. Upon opening the delivery packaging I was astonished to see the original phone packaging unopened. I received a brand new phone. That was definitely above my expectations.

I'm really happy with my new phone. It works perfectly, was delivered quickly and safely, and was much cheaper than going to one of the regular stores. I will definitely consider Backmarket again in the future.

Ordered the phone on Tuesday night and was dispatched the next day and received the day after. The phone was in top condition I will defiantly use Back Market again and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a phone

Content du téléphone, qualité prix concernant l'appareil satisfait à 100%. Par contre un "très bon état" avec 3/4 petits "pocs" dans les angles du téléphone, visibles à plus de 20cm du téléphone. Ca reste ok car je rajoute une coque mais ca reste décevant de choisir le meilleur état et d'avoir 3 défauts visibles (alors que c'est censé se limité a de micro-rayures invisibles à plus de 20cm, la ca reste des chocs visibles même sous la coque). Vraiment dommage.
