A colpo d'occhio non si direbbe che è un prodotto ricondizionato: esteticamente senza difetti. Effettuati i collegamenti elettrici, il portatile si è connesso come atteso. Soddisfatto.

Non era segnalato che "parlasse" solo francese , non prevedeva collegamento wireless, tastiera da sostituire. Non prevedeva Office. Tutto risolto con un intervento tecnico e sostituzione della tastiera. Bastava che fosse segnalato...ho fatto un regalo ad un amico di Crotone, ma ho fatto anche una figura barbina! Qualité du produit : produit presque conforme à sa description (état et & composants), hors mis la bonne surprise d'avoir 8go de ram à la place des 4 annoncés. Fonctionne très bien pour du multimédia, bureautique et développement léger. Livraison : livré à la bonne adresse avec emballage en bon état.

Lieferung dauerte länger als angesagt war, auf dem Gerät läuft Französisches Windows (warum nicht englisches, wenn man ins Ausland verkauft), aktuelle Treiber und Software musste ich alles selber mit Hilfe des HP Services einrichten, ich war eigentlich davon ausgegangen ein funktionsbereites Gerät zu erhalten aber es funktionieren nichtmal die Ports richtig. Insgesamt enttäusschend und für jemanden ohne Computer-Expertise nicht zu empfehlen. Was da "erneuert" worden sein soll ist mir schleierhaft.

Delivery, from payment to receipt of the product, was fast, but the BackMarket website does not follow the delivery process; I had already received the product and on the website it continued as "in preparation" for several days afterwards. The product was delivered on 11MAR and today 17MAR I still haven't received the invoice. Some improvements are needed in your logistics processes. Hope I helped to improve your customer service. Ordi Très bien, etat comme indiqué dans la description. Mais à l'usage je viens de m'apercevoir qu'il n'y a pas de bluetooth comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Et il manque certains détails important dans le description comme le fait qu'il n'y a que 2 ports USB et pas de prise HDMI. De plus, nous avons eu au bout de 10 jours un problème à l'écran qui 's'eteignait tout seul, problème de connection.

Salve, Dovete cambiare vettore. Siamo al 7° piano di un edificio per uffici senza receptionist. Il fattorino ha suonato al citofono. Gli ho aperto la porta dell'edificio. Non vedendolo arrivare, sono sceso al piano di sotto e il pacco giaceva sul pavimento al centro dell'ingresso. Chiunque avrebbe potuto prendere il pacco e scappare con esso. È da irresponsabili. Artikel wie beschrieben. Schneller Versand, Bezahlung via Paypal verlief reibungslos. Dockingstation funktioniert. Leider ist kein Power Kabel für die Stromversorgung wie auch Adapteraufsätze im Lieferumfang dabei gewesen. Selber nutzen wir die selbe Dockingstation im Büro. Daher weiß ich das es dieses Kabel und Adapter im Umfang gibt.
