    Sono più che soddisfatto, è il primo prodotto rigenerato che compro, scrivo la recensione a distanza di un mese di utilizzo intenso. Il prodotto è davvero un grado massimo, molto meglio di come me lo aspettavo, temevo per la durata della batteria invece è molto in linea. Nulla da eccepire, davvero molto soddisfatto.

    I chose 'fair' condition, this only refers to a scratch on the case. Laptop arrived fully charged with windows 11 Pro installed (thanks!) It replaces an old, slow laptop and is fast and good looking. Does everything I want it to. I've previously bought phones from Backmarket and I'm a big fan of reconditioned tech, everyone's a winner!

    El ordenador ha llegado con mínimas marcas de uso y por el ascpeto tecnico tiene buena rendabilidad. Siento que el ventilador en cuanto a uso de aplicaciones (juegos o programas diversos) se accelera mucho. lamentablemente no se si es el mismo modelo que le pasa o si es asi por ser reacondicionado. En general muy contenta!

    The laptop was basically brand new so not certain where they come from, much better than expected, if someone had given it to me and said here is a new laptop you would never gave known it was refurbished.. tempted to get another one..

    I was not really sure if i wanted a reconditioned monitor, but when it arrived i thought it was new. It was so well packed and i love it. I would definately reccomend Back Market, no fuss whatso ever. !!!!!

    Beim ersten Start des PCs begrüßte mich das ausschließlich englischsprachige UEFI mit einer Fehlermeldung. Laut Fehlermeldung war die Uhrzeit nicht richtig eingestellt. Die Uhrzeit habe ich dann richtig eingestellt. Danach startete der PC mehrmals neu. Nach mehreren Neustarts kam der Einrichtungsbildschirm von Windows 11. Die Sprache war wieder auf Englisch. Deshalb habe ich ein deutschsprachiges Windows 11 Pro, frisch heruntergeladen von der Microsoft-Webseite, neu installiert. Die Installation lief fehlerfrei durch. Die oben genannte Fehlermeldung wegen einer nicht richtig eingestellten Uhrzeit kam wieder, als ich den PC vom Stromnetz getrennt und wieder angeschlossen habe. Der PC startete automatisch, obwohl die Funktion „AC Recovery“ im UEFI auf „Power Off“ eingestellt ist. Mein Verdacht war eine leere BIOS-Batterie, aber diese Fehlerursache wäre ja so einfach, dass sie dem „Refurbisher“ bestimmt aufgefallen wäre – dachte ich. Mein Spannungsmesser wusste es besser. Die verbaute BIOS-Batterie war tatsächlich leer. Seit dem Einsetzen einer neuen BIOS-Batterie kam die Fehlermeldung wegen einer falsch eingestellten Uhrzeit nicht mehr.     Ich bin super zufrieden bis jetzt mit meiner Bestellung. Das Macbook kam sogar einen Tag früher als gedacht bei mir zuhause an & wurde mir persönlich übergeben. Es war super verpackt sodass es ohne jegliche Schäden ankam. Ich habe mir das Macbook im Zustand Gut gekauft & man sieht wirklich nix, es sieht aus wie neu. Funktionieren tut auch alles & ich freue mich schon mega es privat und für mein Studium zu nutzen! Es war wirklich eine gute Entscheidung BackMarket auszuprobieren.

    I'm really happy about my HP laptop, I brought the Good one, I found just two small scratch so it's fine, he seems really good, I will see along the way. In the website was saying that the laptop was not touch screen but actually it's, I'm really happy about that, but they should check better the configurations so they can put the right information in the website. Apart from that this is the second time that I use this website and is really good. Thank you

    The laptop is good in every details except the battery. I can leave it to charge for 4 hours or more while switched off ( I mean in shut down not just screen off ) then when I turn it on, the battery is only 50%. In contrast, it happened once when I charged it to 100% while plugged in and working on it while then, when I shut it down and truned it on again after a while, the battery became 40%. In another circumstance, I shut down the laptop while the battery was 50-60% then I turned it on again after a while, for a glimpse the battery was 50% and then after a few seconds, it gave me "Battery low " alert. I really like this laptop and it suits my requirement but I do think it needs a new battery. I have set up Windows 11 instead of Windows 10. I don't know if that could have affected any thing. I also did the batteey report in Windows. It gave me that the design capacity of the battery is 60,002 mWh and the current full charge capacity is 49,529 mWh meaning that the battery is 82% of its ideal condition. Is it possible if I buy a new battery because I don't want to replace the laptop and I currently want it badly and don't want to send it and lose a week or 2? Many thanks. Eslam El...
