my order (iphone X) works really good! all works well, the battery is fine, the casing looks like new phone, all great. but after 2 months, my screen doesn't work really well. it sometimes doesn't want to response. but i already communicated it with Yellow Ape teams, and they responded really fast and really helpful! in general, Yellow Ape provides a good products and an helpful team.

They sold me a broken iphone 6s as "like new". The phone shuts down with battery at 60% and gets boiling hot. They said delivery will be 2-3 days. Instead it took 2 weeks coming from brexit UK and we had to take care of the customs. Cusomter service is inexistent. Not possible to call them. They respond only with standard emails.

Qualità del prodotto ottimo unica pecca la consegna, hanno avuto problemi di dogana e pensavo che la dovessi pagare io, poi hanno sbloccato la situazione e non ho pagato niente.

J'ai acheté un iphone 7 plus a ce vendeur , j'ai pris l'option " comme neuf " , la boîte n est pas une boîte officielle Apple , comme contenu , câble + bloc secteur de rechargement neuf , et l'iPhone est vraiment comme neuf , aucunes traces ou rayures d'utilisation , vie de la batterie 100 % ...c'est vraiment du reconditionné a neuf , heureux de mon achat !

Excellent condition and arrived in the original box with associated leads.A great phone and £150 cheaper than new, plus you are doing your bit for the environment by buying refurbished. Will use again when I upgrade from my present iPhone 8. David

Hi. I was a bit nervous about this purchase but read some reviews and gave it a go. I Ordered a"very good" refurbished iPhone 7+ from Yellow Ape. It was deliveredd within a couple of days. I can't see a scratch on it so really pleased. Have booted it up and all seems fine. It's a present o not given it a full run out yet but so far I can recommend. Oh. Box looks cool as well. 😎

J’ai reçu mon iPhone 11 aujourd’hui. Aucun problème de douane, aucune rayure (je l’ai pris en très bon état). De plus l’état de la batterie est à 90%,suis vraiment content de mon achat. Pour rentrer un peu plus dans les détails je l’ai reçu en moins d’une semaine dans un colis fermé comme il le faut, avec un câble d’origine mais pas la prise secteur d’origine et pas d’écouteurs se qui est regrettable vu qu’il n’y a pas de prise jack sur l’iPhone il faut que j’achète des écouteurs si je veux écouter de la musique.
