    Wie schon beim ersten Kauf bei Back Market war der Artikel in einem tadellosen Zustand, wie er auch beschrieben wurde. Wenn ich wieder mal ein neues Smartphone brauche, kaufe ich wieder bei Back Market. Alles Bestens, Daumen hoch !

    J'ai reçu mon Blackberry il y a qlq jours maintenant et il est parfait. Téléphone en très bonne état et fonctionnel à 100%. Il est très difficile d'en trouver odj, je ne regret pas.

    Ich habe das Galaxy Note 10+ im Zustand "Sehr gut" bestellt und auch entsprechend bezahlt. Leider wies das Telefon bei Erhalt nicht den gewünschten Standard auf. Bei erneuter Nachschau stellte ich fest, dass der Zustand nachträglich auf "Gut" heruntergestuft wurde. Der Kundenservice wurde kontaktiert und ich hoffe, dass dies nur eine einmalige Angelegenheit bleibt, da ich schon lange Kunde bin und bisher immer zufrieden war.

    Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von diesem Produkt das war das erste und das letzte mal das ich hier bestellt habe. Der Touchscreen des Geräts funktioniert schlecht und reagiert teilweise gar nicht, obwohl angegeben wurde das das Gerät im Hervorragenden Zustand ist.
