I am totally happy with my product (Dell Inspiron 17 inch model 7706 for 1100 euros), it was described as excellent and IT IS. Very easy to deal via Back Market and my seller has been the best seller ever: super quick shipment (two days before the expected date) and, above all, a TOP PACKAGING! Never seen so much defensive package around a PC and for this I am so grateful. First time for me with refurbished products, so positive in every way, I will sure buy refurbished again in future.
