3,4/5This only gets a smiley because anything less leads to broken links to stop bad reviews. Why have you sent me an email with links and directions to links that do not work? "Unhappy Contact Us" - does not work; I cannot contact you. "Leave a Review" and select an unhappy face and you are directed to "Go to Help Centre" and then "404 Gottferdam This link has not yet been refurbished" and then offered some condescending video. You have obviously removed your Help Centre; this does not represent good Customer Service; Why can I not contact you! I can find no help available on your website and you have now made what was a disappointing experience into one that has filled me with anger. The laptop that you sent me is not as specified. I was considering keeping it regardless, but now I will spend my Bank Holiday clearing my data from the HDD (note HDD not SSD as specified!) and will return it; don't expect my reviews of your services to be favourable; they will not be. I have used you a few times in the past but this experience has put me off; luckily, I have other choices.
