Item arrived in really good condition with a cable, didn't have Google packaging but for me that's not a problem. Didn't get any updates on the phone until it basically arrived which I'm not sure is the seller's or dpds fault. Overall really good.

Livraison arrivée dans les temps, le téléphone puis la coque. Téléphone dans son emballage d'origine, paramétré en japonais (petit flip mais je m'en suis sorti) et dans un état neuf : pas de trace ou rayure notable. Interface fluide, c'est ma première expérience avec Google. Pour le moment très satisfait de posséder un téléphone dernière génération à ce prix.

Phone is pristine and basically brand new. Packaging from seller could have been better. was basically plastic wrapped to a piece of cardboard but it got the job done and the phone arrived in one piece. happy to save £200 off a new one

the phone was in impeccable condition and battery life has held up really well! that's always a worry when purchasing renewed devices but I'm pleased to say battery life is great. separate to backmarket's service, the pixel 8 is a tad smaller than we thought but on the bright side a bit more pocketable.
