The laptop works but the batteries were running out very quickly given that it has 2 batteries. Turns out there was a codec issue which was easily resolved from a few online downloads, still dissapointing that I had to do this for myself, a less experienced tech user may not have had the ability to do this. secondly, I chose the excellent condition option, and this was a poor choice. The markings on the keus have all smudged within a year of owning it. The paint pretty much starts to melt from the bodytemp of your fingers. Also see the poor refubishment quality when you turn on the back light keyboard in a dark room. The laptop itself is sturdy, but i'm dissapointed in the quality of the refurbishement. Things were basically plastered on rather than being created for long lasting.
