    The MacBook has a large dent on the right of the track pad which is far from described for grade A “micro scratches visible from 8 inches away” it came in a box wrapped in bubble wrap as if I bought it from someone from eBay.the actual machine not even nicely wiped and cleaned. It’s OK-ish but not the best experience.

    1. Met lange tanden heeft BM uiteindelijk een defect geleverde laadtrafo vervangen. 2. Een letter 'g' kon slechts met gehamer worden ingetoetst, evenals diverse andere letters in mindere mate. Toestel naar Frankrijk gestuurd met alle heisa van dien. 3. Aanslagen waren verbeterd, maar niet echt goed. Versleten toetsenbord is niet vervangen. Daarvan melding gemaakt. Aanbod het toestel opnieuw op te sturen heb ik afgeslagen, vanwege de hassel en stagnering van mijn werk en gebrek in vertrouwen dat het dan werkelijk verholpen zou worden. 4. Nu 2 maanden later zit ik nog steeds met een zwakke 'e' en een zeer zwakke 'g'. Dus waarom zou ik BM aan iemand aanbevelen? Zelf geloof ik er al niet in.

    Bought this laptop for work as it was a good price. when I got the laptop it had a bad battery and a scratch on the screen. Overall wasn't that impressed with the laptop so sent it back for a refund. Back Market customer services was a 10/10 Though!
