Overall the device was in great condition even for it being described as "good". There were a couple of really minor scratches that you would really need to inspect closely to even notice they exist, so it was great for the price that I got it at. What I didn't like though, was that the internal screen protector was removed at some point during the refurbishing or perhaps the previous owner did it. It's what you get for the price I guess, but what I would have liked is a small note warning me about it, then I can decide whether I care or not to get a protector.

Sent the Google pixal back and mind I did get a refund put straight through just had to wait for it to clear in bank obvs but went in after 2 days. So i bought the galaxy z fold 5 off a complete diffo seller and no problems at all phone come straight away and ordered the excellent grade and is in immaculate condition and I mean absolutely immaculate unlike the last phone from previous seller.. thank you so much for my phone would deffo buy from same company again thank you again :)

This is my 2nd purchase with Backmarket. I'm pretty risk averse and Backmarket have proved an excellent place to purchase a used device. I'm writing on the very device I purchased. My previous device is still in use too. I'd like more options for spreading payment and a choice of carriers for delivery as Royal Mail are as slow as you like. I purchased a device described as'excellent condition' and it was. I'd like to know what fair and good actually mean in Backmarket land as it's not so easy to find. Tra la la I've got a new phone!
