    Prodotto trovato in gran sconto nelle condizioni "ottime", lo schermo presenta qualche micro graffio evidentemente dovuto al contatto tastiera-schermo(invisibile durante il funzionamento, visibile con un'occhiata attenta a schermo spento), la tastiera è messa molto bene (effetto "strofinamento" dovuto all'uso nella zona mouse e il tasto "spazio", ma niente di fastidioso), angoli del computer con qualche segno di scolorimento e qualche leggera "grattata" vicino alle porte di tipo C. Tutto sommato gli darei un 8/10, in quanto i difetti menzionati sono solo denotabili con una guardata accurata del laptop alla ricerca del "pelo nell'uovo", ma non ci si fa assolutamente caso nell'uso quotidiano del computer. Annotazione: la tastiera è retroilluminata mentre il riconoscimento con impronta digitale non risulta funzionante nel mio caso, ad ogni modo non è menzionato tra le caratteristiche del prodotto. Funzionamento del laptop top, per niente rumoroso se non "sotto stress" (ventole) e touch molto reattivo, bellissima la peculiarità di farlo entrare in modalità tablet girandolo di 360 gradi (rotazione automatica dello schermo con disattivazione automatica della tastiera).     The laptop I bought is a Dell XPS 9380 in excellent conditions. The PC I received is more in "good" rather in "excellent" conditions, since excellent is meant to be like new one. That aside, the laptop had a battery issue. The one which was sent to me had a battery life that was at 50% of its original, yet the BackMarket service helped me to send it back and the seller promptly replaced the battery with a new one. The warranty worked just fine. Everything else in the laptop is okay. The components in the hardware are in great conditions according to the analysis done via Dell Support Assist. Overall, the seller is legit. He/she can improve for sure its service by making sure laptops don't need to be sent back in order to get as they should have been at first, but at least if there is a problem, it can be fixed without any issue.

    Il prodotto è veramente bello.La batteria è in condizioni ottime,(testato da utility del Bios).Unica nota è che sulla tastiera inglese non sono presenti le lettere accentate,ma questa gia lo sapevo.Nel complesso un ottimo acquisto in relazione al prezzo.Estremamente soddisfatto.

    It Is not an actual 2-in-1 device. It is a notebook with a touch screen not compatible with active stylus, no palm rejection and, most of all, it has no rotation sensor and, most of all, the keyboard only rotates 180degree, and cannot be used as a tablet. A more fitting description should have been "laptop with touch" and should not have been on the 2-in-1 category

    This was a completely worthwhile purchase. The way it functions and operates, I would not be able to tell that it was refurbished. Additionally, communicating with the Back Market team is very easy and their suppliers are just as cooperative. When they didn't have the original model that I wanted to buy, they tried to contact me repeatedly. 7 times as well as a message on the site. They even tried to contact me outside of their office hours to inform me. So I am impressed and pleased with the service and I have recommended this company to my mother for her next laptop purchase as well!

    I was looking to replace my HP laptop with a smaller device that I could also use as a tablet. On paper, the Dell has everything I needed - plenty of RAM and a decent processor. Unfortunately, on arrival, it has a US keyboard, but has been set up with a UK keyboard in Windows 11. I logged a service request and subsequently returned the laptop. It transpired that these laptops are US spec and also refurbished in the US. The supplier had no equivalent laptops with a UK keyboard, however, they agreed to send me a set of UK keyboard stickers - I was a bit dubious at first, but when they arrived, they were of professional quality. The laptop is in excellent condition and does everything I want it to and is much faster than the newer HP I replaced. I have subsequently purchased a Dell port replicator and a Dell active pen for it. I would recommend Back Market for any future purchases.

    Ordinateur portable qui correspond bien à mes attentes, de bonnes performances. Ecran tactile en parfait état (aucune rayure) et idem pour le clavier. Seules quelques rayures en dessous mais sans importance. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour du reconditionné. On verra à l'usage la tenue de la batterie.

    Pour le portable en lui-même, aucuns problèmes : il est propre, fonctionnel, la batterie tient bien. J'ai également apprécié d'avoir les drivers déjà téléchargés même si je ne m'en sers pas (utilisation linux). Un geste sympa du vendeur. Mais quel dommage en revanche de fournir cette excellente machine avec un chargeur d'alimentation absolument pathétique, pas super secure et probablement plus cher que ce que j'ai pu trouver ailleurs et que j'ai été obligé d'acheter (20€) tellement celui fourni, qui n'est pas d'origine, est nul. Quel gâchis. Idem pour l'absence notable du convertisseur USB-C vers USB-A (c'est normalement vendu avec ce portable). So much for "le reconditionnement" --' Au final je suis obligé d'acheter tous les accessoires à neuf. Cela étant dit, et ne s'agissant que des accessoires, je trouve que cela mérite tout de même une bonne note, bien qu'il en fallait tellement peu pour avoir tellement mieux...
